36 in the particular area, specialized projects will be superior

40 Even in providing the best consistent all-in-one system they are likely
41 to be beaten by projects that focus only on integrating existing mail
42 components to a homogeneous system.

46 If the development power is spread over a large development area,
47 it becomes even more difficult to compete with the specialists in the

49 The concrete situation for MH-based mail systems is even tougher,
50 given the small and aged community, including both developers and users,
