made default mode sensible
Until now in case no mode was specified, a message would have been read
from stdin but then it would fail because no recipients had been given
on the cmd line. (This had been useful only if -t was given.) Now in
case of no mode being specified neither address arguments or -t is given
then the version message is printed, otherwise mode accept is entered
(as until yet).

3 .SH NAME
4 rmail \- handle remote mail received via uucp
7 .SH SYNOPSIS
8 \fB/usr/sbin/rmail \fIrecipient ...\fR
11 .SH DESCRIPTION
13 Rmail is a wrapper around masqmail.
14 It reads a mail message on standard input and passes it to masqmail's standard input.
15 Rmail only removes the first line from the input and constructs the return path from it.
17 Such a first line:
19 From user Wed Jan 9 12:43:35 1985 remote from host Date: 9 Jan 1985 8:39 EST
21 would generate this call to masqmail:
23 masqmail \-i \-f user@host \-\- bob@example.org
25 (If ``bob@example.org'' was the argument to the rmail call.))
