Removes Freshmeat.net from the docs
The site, which was later renamed to freecode.com, is no longer
maintained (contains only a static copy).

7 If you compile for Debian, do the configure with at least these options:
9 ./configure --with-liblockfile
11 You can also build your own Debian package with
13 dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot
15 You need to have fakeroot installed to do this. Or, as root, do:

19 However, you better have a look at the official masqmail package in
20 Debian.
