Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Fixed the globalias mechanism. We cannot operate on addr->address because that's the address string how it was received, we need to use addr->local_part and addr->domain to build a full address.

- improve Mailer-Daemon error messages

- temporary delivery delay notifications
- check data types (int may only cover -32767 to +32767!)

- less configuration options
- make conf more fool proof

- optimize MX lookup
