Remove `input' dir in spool dir. Spooled files are in spool dir directly now.
There's no more need to have any sub directories in the spool dir at all.

11 You can also build your own Debian package with

15 You need to have fakeroot installed to do this. Or, as root, do:

19 However, you better have a look at the official masqmail package in
