Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Improved log/debug messages. If a route goes through a wrapper, then we don't know the remote host's name.

- look carefully were memory is not freed
- add forwarding support
- improve Mailer-Daemon error messages
- ODMR support
- temporary delivery delay notifications
- check data types (int may only cover -32767 to +32767!)

conf:
- less configuration options
- make conf more fool proof

lookup:
- optimize MX lookup
