Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
resolve_ip() appeared to be broken, in connect.c. I fixed it. In any case, NULL was returned, but if it is a valid IP address, a list should have been returned. This is fixed now.

- add forwarding support
- improve Mailer-Daemon error messages
- ODMR support
- temporary delivery delay notifications
- check data types (int may only cover -32767 to +32767!)

conf:
- less configuration options
- make conf more fool proof

lookup:
- optimize MX lookup
