Reformated multiline comments to have leading asterisks on each line Now we use: /* ** comment */ This makes the indent style simpler, too.

This is from libident 0.22 (though the version string says 0.21?). I
have not changed it, except that I replaced the Makefile with a
Makefile.am.

I also did not include the example programs and the man page in the
masqmail source tarball.
