Fixed local-part only address patterns in route conditions The man page claimed behavior that wasn't implemented up to now. Thanks to Juergen Daubert for the bug report.

- add forwarding support
- improve Mailer-Daemon error messages
- ODMR support
- temporary delivery delay notifications
- check data types (int may only cover -32767 to +32767!)

conf:
- less configuration options
- make conf more fool proof

lookup:
- optimize MX lookup
