Switched back from 127.0.0.1 to localhost Better be straight-forward than too clever.

- look carefully were memory is not freed
- add forwarding support
- improve Mailer-Daemon error messages
- ODMR support
- temporary delivery delay notifications
- check data types (int may only cover -32767 to +32767!)

conf:
- less configuration options
- make conf more fool proof

lookup:
- optimize MX lookup
