heavy refactoring in the small of parse.c I really hope I didn't change any behavior. This reminds me that we really need a test framework.

general:
- look carefully were memory is not freed
- add forwarding support
- improve Mailer-Daemon error messages
- ODMR support
- temporary delivery delay notifications
- check data types (int may only cover -32767 to +32767!)

conf:
- less configuration options
- make conf more fool proof

lookup:
- optimize MX lookup

...update this file from time to time...
