reworked resolvtest; let it build; refactored in lookup.c
the resolvtest helper and code test tool was available in the code
but did not get built
I moved it to resolvtest.c and included it into the build process
the define RESOLV_TEST was removed

1 To build the libident library for a supported target, just type:
3 make <target>
5 where target can be one of:
7 sunos5, sunos4, svr4, bsd, linux, nextstep3.0 or nextstep3.1
9 For other systems you'll need to hack the Makefile (please do send
