annotate docs/howto-static-linking @ 422:bdbedce60247

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Remove `input' dir in spool dir. Spooled files are in spool dir directly now. There's no more need to have any sub directories in the spool dir at all.
