remove all installed dirs on `make uninstall' but no generated data remove log_dir, conf_dir, spool_dir if empty remove run_dir in any case

1 This is from libident 0.22 (though the version string says 0.21?). I
2 have not changed it, except that I replaced the Makefile with a
3 Makefile.am.

6 masqmail source tarball.
