+Hello,
+
+this is the first of my weekly reports, that I plan to send during the
+time I work on my diploma thesis.
+I write in English to have it easier to use these emails later, if I
+want to do so.
+
+The purpose of the reports is to tell you regularly about what I'm
+working on ... and to put some ``pressure'' on me ;-)
+
+
+What I did this week:
+* set up new website for masqmail: http://prog.marmaro.de/masqmail
+* set up mailinglist: masqmail@marmaro.de
+* set up repository for thesis and documentation stuff
+* constructed skeleton for the thesis (in latex)
+* sorted data about masqmail which I collected during the last months
+* read (half of) a book about sendmail
+* wrote some project planning documents
+
+
+Plans for next week:
+* start with ``real content''
+* write some intro texts
+* read masqmail code
+* learn basic structure of masqmail and write about it
+* improve website
+* get in contact with people who use(d) masqmail (old mailinglist)
+
+
+Questions:
+* should I keep my thesis secret, or can I make its repo publically
+  available?
+* are there any specific requirements for the title page and other
+  parts of the thesis?

+* write some intro texts (MISS)
+* read masqmail code (PARTLY)
+* learn basic structure of masqmail and write about it (MISS)
+* improve website (DONE)
+* get in contact with people who use(d) masqmail (old mailinglist)

+What I did this week:
+* wrote about the history and purpose of sendmail
+* read about qmail
+* had a look at he compilation process of masqmail
+* improved website
+* explored Debian contents about masqmail
+* sent "intent to adopt" for masqmail to Debian
+* fixed problems in the current masqmail package
+* wrote email to everyone I know who used masqmail
+
+
+Summary:
+* not so good week, but not completely bad
+* did the wrong things
+* focus more on priorities!
+* need to write stuff down!
+
+
